Our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturers defect. You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Please email or call us to request a refund.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been cut, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. If you used a credit card payment, your credit card company may charge a processing fee directly to your account. We are not responsible for that fee. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case but you will still have to pay return shipping.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday 8 AM-5PM EST. If the item is not available for any reason such as backorder we will you know by email.

Carriers

We ship using the following carriers USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL (for International shipments).

If you would like expedited shipping or wish to use your own shipper account, please contact us and we will make arrangements.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

You will be advised of the cost of shipping when you place your order and will have a chance to not place your order if you decide no to place the order.

Back Orders

If an order goes on back order we ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
